The other day, I woke up to the worst noise I had ever heard in our life in addition to it was coming from the a/c unit.
There wasn’t any cooling coming from the A/C device in addition to it didn’t seem to want to stop running.
I would have pulled the plug if it had one. Instead I called our hubby in addition to when he asked me what was wrong, I simply held the phone out so he could hear the noise. He muttered an expletive, that could have been yelled, if the phone had been up to our ear. He told me I needed to call the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company instead of him. Last time I had called the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company without first consulting him, he got entirely aggravated with me. He told me that it was a complication that he could have handled. I hung up after telling him thank you, in addition to I called the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company. When they asked me what was wrong with the air conditioner, I held the phone out so the person on the phone, could hear the noise. She promised to send someone out as soon as possible. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professional was barely in the new home when he told me he knew what was wrong with the A/C unit. He told me it was frozen up. He said that occasionally, if the coolant level gets too low it can cause the device to freeze. Lack of airflow was our problem, because our fan had broken in addition to it wasn’t allowing the air to circulate officially throughout the A/C device itself.
